Irish Brown Soda Bread


Our soda bread is baked with soda rather than yeast to a traditional Irish recipe. The use of baking soda as a leavening agent instead of yeast means its a good source of energy for those looking for yeast-free and fuller for longer diets.

Its a convenient sliced loaf, wonderful with soups and fish dishes or as indulgent open topped sandwiches. Or for those of you wanting that nostalgic moment, delicious with just a little butter and jam.
